MEDIATION

MEDIATION

as an alternative out-of-court dispute resolution method

Scientific editor: NATIQ ABDULLAYEV

Chairman of the Center for Legal Reform Assistance

The book deals with mediation, which is one of the alternative ways of out-of-court settlement of disputes with the participation of a mediator.

Although the first literature on the subject in Azerbaijan was intended for lawyers, students and teachers, the book is written in a simple, clear, concise language and style, which allows the publication to be understood by every reader.

There is no doubt that those who read this book will have a belief in their hearts: indeed, there is no need to go to court for every dispute, there is an easier and simpler, but also civil way to resolve disputes.

After centuries of bloody wars, sometimes from peoples and states living in a state of neighborliness, peace, reconciliation, after years of strife, living as close relatives, the subsequent remorse of people who lived together after fierce competition. Until their experiences, they all recall this conclusion: the end of all conflicts is peace. One of the main purposes of such a publication is to convey this truth to the reader in legal language. We hope that in this sense the author has achieved his goal.

It is a pleasure to hear the opinions and opinions of readers and experts on this book, which is published as the first result of the author's scientific work on the subject.

We thank you in advance for any objective remarks, comments and advice.
